I've heard from one of the 'jones alumini, Carlos, that he's involved with a new project in East London called Yardbird Suite, which he's describing as "a brand new evening of soulful latin beats for the groove-minded enthusiast, rooted in Afro-Caribbean, Afro-American and rare groove music cultures". It happens tonight (and every Wednesday) and entrance is free.
