We're slimmed down a bit in the run up for our next gig, with both David and Carlos moving onto other projects and activities (and best wishes go with both of them). As with everything else, this stirs up new ideas as we revisit songs that relied on contributions from the horn section and work out new ways to dance through the changes.

However, if you're a horn player (or you know a horn section) looking for a group to work with, don't be shy about dropping us a line.

Of course, you may want to find out more about us first, so why not drop by the next gig on Friday 7 November. As always, we love to meet people who've come along to see us, so say hello whether you're looking for an audition or just out to enjoy yourself with some good, honest grooving music...

Another storming gig at The Spice last night - we're back there in a month (7 November) but in the meanwhile are looking for a few more places to do our thang. Suggestions?
