A really good rehearsal last night, including some sweet saxophone work courtesy of Carlos. He might sit in with us for the gig this Friday, so if you come along, I think you're in for a real treat.

The headlining band at next Friday's gig are Maroon Town, a funky ska outfit. We'll probably be sharing their amps so I thought it fair to give them a plug - track down the sound samples on their site for some groovy tunes.

Rehearsals continue for our next outing, the support slot at WKD on 21 March. We're keeping one or two of the favourites from last time but plenty of new material as well - no stale old tunes with the 'jones!
