I noticed yesterday that quite a few people have posted pictures of their legs on the 7 Days group.

My legs are certainly not the prettiest in the group although they may be the hairiest revealed so far. What I particularly wanted to emphasis though was the musculature.

This has grown a lot more defined since I have been in Oxford and cycling almost every day. This morning I made the mistake of leaving my bike lock at home; fortunately the cycle store at work proved safe and secure and my cycling days continue.

(Technical notes: Photograph taken in a mirror, using flash to emphasise the muscles. Post-processing made a world of difference to the result. Holding your leg taut quickly becomes tiring!)
