On Hearing the Cuckoo
I am sure I heard a cuckoo this morning. That is not a sound I expect from living in part of what is termed Inner London!
Perhaps I imagined it but I am sure spring is safely on the way. The snow from Sunday has completely disappeared and the sun is shining brightly. I finally got round to buying some seeds on Monday so will have to get round to sowing before too much time passes (although still being wary in case winter rears its head again).
