Blwyddyn Newydd Dda!

Amongst Welsh speakers in Wales (and presumably elsewhere) it is traditional that the first thing you say to someone when you meet them in the new year (apparently even if you don't see them until mid-summer, although I'm not so sure about that in practice) is Blwyddyn newydd dda, which means happy new year. So, blwyddyn newydd dda i chi!
