Finding the Way Forward
We are making some adjustments to the way we run our small groups, learning from our experiences in running cells over the past seven or eight years. We want to keep and develop what has worked well but be more flexible, opening up opportunities and ideas that have previously been beyond our reach.
It is important that we agree on how to proceed as a whole church so this week we are having two "cluster" meetings on Tuesday (fireworks at 7:30pm and meeting at 8pm) and Thursday (8pm) to provide a space to think about and discuss things together. That will cover all members of the existing cells and also hopefully bring in those who are not regularly involved with one of the existing groups.
It is too early to say exactly what we will come up with but watch this space for announcements.
